Disabling your calendar avatar

Steps for disabling your calendar avatar

If you don’t want to show your profile picture (or avatar) in the calendar preview you share with your guests, you can do the following:

1.- Go to the "Calendar" section of your InboxPro’s dashboard:

2.- Click on "Event types" and then on the settings icon.

3.-  In the drop-down menu use the switch to deactivate the image and your name initial will appear in its place. When you are done, click on "Save changes".

4.- To do a test, click on "Preview" in one of the events in the "Event types" screen.

5.- And you can check that your avatar no longer appears in the calendar you share with your guests.
