Canceling an appointment

Steps for canceling an appointment

If at any given time you need to cancel an appointment because your guest cannot attend or you have other commitments, follow these steps:

1.- Access the "Calendar" section of your InboxPro’s dashboard:

2.-Click on “Upcoming” and then on “Cancel booking”.

3.- Write a reason why you are forced to cancel the appointment and when you finish, click on “Confirm”.

4.- The appointment will be canceled.

5.- A notification e-mail will be sent to both your inbox and the guest's inbox confirming the cancellation of the appointment.
