Managing scheduled appointments
How to manage a schedule appointment
Follow these steps to know which appointments you will have in the near future or which ones you have had in the past to keep track of the agenda:
1.- Access the "Calendar" section of your InboxPro’s dashboard and then click on "Bookings".
2.- In the "Upcoming" section you will see the appointments you will have in the near future and all the information related to the day, time, location (if it’s online, Google Meet or Zoom will appear depending on what you have previously set up), and the time zone.
3.- The appointments that have already taken place will be available in in "Past"
4.- The appointments that, for agenda reasons, you or the guest have had to cancel will appear in "Cancel”.
