Steps for rescheduling an appointment

Occasionally, for scheduling reasons, you may be forced to reschedule an appointment. If you need to make this change, follow these steps:

1.- Access the "Calendar" section of your InboxPro’s dashboard:

2.- Click on “Bookings” and then on “Upcoming”.

3.- Click on “Reschedule a guest” to change the day and/or time of the appointment.

4.- On the next screen choose a day and time that you have agreed again with the guest.

5.- Write a reason why you need to make a change of appointment to notify the guest and when you are done click on "Confirm".

6.- The appointment shall be confirmed.

7.- A notification e-mail will be sent to both your inbox and the guest's inbox.
