How to export to CSV the e-mails that have had the most interaction
When you use InboxPro's "Tracking" tool, a database is generated with information related to the e-mails you send:
- Who the recipient is
- What subject you used
- The last time it was opened
- How many times it has been opened
- When the e-mail was sent
This way, you can analyze which e-mails have worked best so you can make decisions about them:
- If a subject line works well you can use it in other e-mails.
- If there are times when there are a lot of opens you can send the next ones in those time slots.
- If on Wednesdays emails have more opens than on Thursdays you can do the same....
In addition, all this data can be analyzed from your InboxPro’s dashboard or exported to a CSV file (comma separated) which will then be interpretable by programs such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Steps for exporting tracked emails to CSV
To do this, follow these steps:
1.- Access the "Tracking" section of your InboxPro’s dashboard.
