How to see who clicked on a link in your e-mail

With the "Link tracking" tool, available in InboxPro's "Pro" and "Advanced" plans, you can find out if the recipient of an e-mail has clicked on a link you have sent.  Although you will get a notification e-mail every time he/she accesses this link, you may want to check a more detailed report to find out:

• How many times the link was clicked.
• What day and what time.

Steps for seeing who clicked on a link

In that case, do the following:

1.- Go to your InboxPro dashboard and click on the “Tracking” section of the menu.

2.- When the report with the e-mails in follow-up appears, choose one that you want to consult.

3.- Choose the "Links" option in the next screen and you will be able to see this data.
