How to see who has opened your e-mails

When using InboxPro's "Track e-mail" option within Gmail, the information regarding that e-mail is collected and automatically saved:

• How many times it has been opened.
• Date and time.
• Whether the recipient clicked on a link (available on the "Pro" and "Advanced" plans).

If you have checked the "Notification" option you will get a notification every time this e-mail is read, but you may want to check a more detailed report to know. 

Steps for seeing who has opened your email

For example, whether to send a follow-up when this e-mail has not been opened or to phone if it has been read several times in the last few days. If this is the case, do the following:

1.- Go to your InboxPro’s dashboard and click on the "Tracking" section of the menu.

2.- You will see a report with the e-mails in follow-up that you can also download by clicking on "Download CSV" to consult it in a spreadsheet.

3.- Click on a specific e-mail and an even more detailed report will be displayed indicating the number of times it has been opened, when and at what time.
