Then, a menu will be displayed with three options that will be checked by default but that you will be able to change according to your own needs:

Tracking Feature Settings - InboxPro

Notification: when the recipient of the message opens an e-mail, you will receive a notification in your inbox.

There are two types of notifications, one simply indicating that the e-mail has been read and the other that is considered a "Hot conversation", that is to say, that it is being read many times in a short period of time.

Link tracking: when you enter a link in the body of your e-mail you can check if the recipient has clicked on that link. You will have to access your InboxPro dashboard to check it and in the "Tracking" section, you will be able to check if the recipient has clicked on the link.

Tracking Feature Dashboard - InboxPro

Track e-mail: this option should always be checked so that InboxPro can track the e-mail you are sending and then provide reports and analysis that you can view on your dashboard.
