Disabling link tracking notifications

There are three ways to disable link tracking notifications (only available in InboxPro’s "Pro" and "Advanced" plans): directly from Gmail before sending the e-mail, from a notification e-mail or from your InboxPro’s dashboard.

Disabling link tracking from Gmail

1.- Click on "Compose" and then on the double check that appears just below the e-mail sending options.

2.- Use the "Link tracking" switch to deactivate the notifications and this e-mail will not be tracked.

(*) Important: the configuration will only be applied to that e-mail and not to the next ones you send.

Disabling e-mail tracking from an e-mail notification

1.- Go to the last InboxPro’s link tracking e-mail notification you have.

2.- Scroll down to the bottom and then click on "Turn off link alerts" and it will take you to your dashboard so you can disable the notifications.

1.- Go to your InboxPro’s dashboard and click on the ⚙️gear️ button next to your profile image.

2.- Use the switches to disable link tracking depending on the type of notification you want to stop receiving: "E-mails alerts when your links are clicked" or "Real-Time link Tracking Notifications" and, when you are done, click on "Save changes".
