Disabling e-mail tracking

There are three different ways to disable e-mail tracking notifications: directly from Gmail before sending the e-mail, from a notification e-mail or from your InboxPro’s dashboard.

Disabling e-mail tracking from Gmail

1.- Click on "Compose" and then on the double check that appears just below the e-mail sending options.

2.- Use the "Track e-mail" switch to disable the notifications and this e-mail will not be tracked.

(*) Important: the configuration will only be applied to that e-mail and not to the next ones you send.

Disabling e-mail tracking from an e-mail notification

If you are already tracking an e-mail but do not want to continue receiving notifications do the following:

1.- Access the last InboxPro’s e-mail tracking notification e-mail you have.

2.- Scroll down to the bottom and then click on "Turn off read alerts" and it will take you to your dashboard so you can disable the notifications.

Disabling e-mail tracking from your dashboard

1.- Go to your InboxPro’s dashboard and click on the ⚙️ wheel next to your profile picture.

2.- Use the switches to deactivate the e-mail tracking depending on the type of notification you want to stop receiving and, when you are done, click on "Save changes".
