Enabling/Disabling push notifications

With InboxPro you can receive a push notification every time a user reads an e-mail or every time a person clicks on a link that you have sent by e-mail (only available in “Pro” and “Advanced” plans). 

These notifications won’t interrupt your workflow and will appear as a double check icon next to the list of e-mails that you have sent.

The first check indicates that the user has read the message and, the second, that they have clicked on a link you have sent.

How to enable or disable push notifications

1.- Access your InboxPro dashboard and click on the gear ⚙️ next to your profile image.

2.- Use the switches on the “Settings” screen and check or uncheck the “Real-Time Notifications” and “Real-Time Link Tracking Notifications” options (the latter only available in the “Pro” and “Advanced” plans).

3. Click “Save changes” to confirm the settings.
