Not opened reminders

InboxPro's "Not opened reminders" feature allows you to automatically keep track of e-mails that have not been opened. 

Thus, when it is activated (it is by default) you will receive a notification in your inbox indicating that an e-mail you sent has not yet been opened.

This way, you can retrieve the conversation and resend a reminder e-mail to encourage a response from the recipient, either manually or even using InboxPro's "Follow-ups" functionality.

Disabling “Not opened reminder” notification

Do the following in case you want to disable this notification: 

1.- Log in to your InboxPro dashboard and click on the ⚙️ wheel on the top bar to go to the account settings.

2.- Go to the "Email notifications" section, use the switch to disable the "Not opened reminders" option and click "Save changes" to save the settings.

3.- You can also disable notifications from the last e-mail you received by clicking on "Turn off not opened reminders".
