Hot conversations

“Hot conversations” notifications indicate that an e-mail is being opened many times in a short period of time. Thus, this feature allows you to monitor the interest in the e-mail depending on the number of times it is being opened. 

If a proposal you sent is being opened many times, it may be a sign that this lead has certain objections (which you can resolve by means of another e-mail or by phone) or it may be a sign of being closer to close a sale.

Disabling "Hot conversations" notification

In case you want to disable this notification, you can do the following:

1.- Log in to your InboxPro’s dashboard and click on the ⚙️️ wheel on the top bar to go to the account settings. 

2.- Go to the "Email notifications" section, use the switch to disable the "Hot conversations" option and click "Save changes" to save the settings.

3.- You can also turn off notifications from the last e-mail you received by clicking on "Turn off hot notifications".

(*) Important: the "Tracking" section available in the InboxPro dashboard also allows you to consult and sort the emails depending on the number of opens. For more information, please refer to the article "Tracking overview".
