Revival notifications

Revival notifications indicate that an e-mail you sent some time ago has been opened again after a period of inactivity. This is a very useful feature, since it allows you to know the moment when the e-mail is of interest again so that you can take different actions.

For example, if you sent a budget a few weeks ago and the e-mail is opened again, you can send a reminder inviting them to a meeting to discuss the conditions or even call on the phone to try to close the sale.
