Calendar time zones

You can define two time zones in InboxPro: one time zone at an account level and the other at a calendar level. You should be careful when configuring them and, as far as possible, make them both coincide to avoid time conflicts.

How to set the time zone of your account

The time zone should be set according to the place you usually work from. By default, you will not have to configure it, as it will take as reference the one time zone you have set on your device.

However, if you need to change it, do the following:

1.- Go to your InboxPro’s dashboard, click on your profile picture and then click on "Account".

2.- In the next screen, click on the "Edit Profile" button.

3.- Select your time zone and then click on "Save changes".

How to set the time zone of a calendar

1.- Go to your dashboard’s calendar section.

2.- In the next screen, click on "Availability" and set the time zone of your calendar. When you are done click on "Save changes".
