The InboxPro’s Chrome extension has been validated by the stringent quality conditions imposed by Google in its Web Chrome Store. In addition, the InboxPro’s team constantly checks and guarantees the functionality of the extension.
Follow the next steps if your Chrome Extension is not working
In any case, if your InboxPro’s Chrome extension is not working properly you can do the following:
1.- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Chrome extension. If you need information on how to do this see the article "How to remove InboxPro’s Chrome extension".
2.- Click on the InboxPro’s icon that appears inside Gmail.
3.- When the menu is displayed click on the switch to deactivate the extension.
4.- When Gmail restarts you will see a pop-up, then click on "Enable InboxPro’s".
5.- On the other hand, make sure you are logged into your InboxPro’s dashboard by clicking on the InboxPro’s extension in your browser.
6.- If clicking takes you to the InboxPro’s web page and not to your dashboard it means that you have not previously signed in with your e-mail and you will have to sign in again for the extension to work correctly. To do this, click on "Sign in with Google".
7.- Enter your e-mail and password.
The issue has probably been resolved. However, if you still need help, you can do the following:
1.- Inside your InboxPro’s dashboard click on the "Support" section of the menu.
2.- When you are in the helpdesk section click on "Contact" in the top menu and when the pop-up appears send us a message telling us about your case. We will be happy to help you 🙂.
