How does template performance work?

If you use InboxPro’s e-mail templates, you can measure the results and the impact you get with each of them. Thus, for example, you can run a/b tests to find out which template works best for you and then share the results with the rest of the team to be more effective.

Viewing the performance report

To consult this information, follow these steps:

1.- Access your InboxPro’s dashboard and click on the "Templates" section of the menu.

Templates Feature Menu - InboxPro

2.- You will see several indicators in the "Templates" screen: "usage", "opened" and "performance".

In this example we have tested with two very similar templates:

  • “Deep Sea” has been used once and has not been opened by the recipient.
  • “Deep Sea Test A/B” has been sent once but has been opened.

This means that the first template has returned 0% and the second 100%.

This means that the first template has yielded 0% and the second template has yielded 100%. Therefore, although the volume of data is still low, if the trend were to be confirmed in the next e-mail sends, we should use the "Deep Sea Test A/B" template because it obtains a better performance.
