Templates Overview
Templates save time and increase productivity because you don't have to be constantly writing the same e-mails over and over again:
- Company presentation
- Commercial proposals
- Follow-ups
- Project terms and conditions...
In addition, they also serve to format the e-mails and incorporate images, titles, italics, emojis, and even to add html code with the advanced editor. All this, to give a more professional style to the texts you send or even to give the e-mail the look of a newsletter without having to use other additional tools.
How to create new templates
To create a template, follow these steps:
- Access your InboxPro dashboard and go to the "Templates" section in the side menu.
- Click the "New template" button.
- Use the text editor to create your template and then click on "Save template"
How to use the template from Gmail
Once you have your templates set up, just go back to Gmail and follow these steps:
1.- Click on the "Templates" icon in the bottom bar of the e-mail text editor or within the body of the e-mail itself.
2.- When the menu with the available templates is displayed, select the one you want to use. If needed, you can search by template name or even create a new one by clicking on the "Create template" button.
3.- Once you have selected the template, it will appear in the text editor.
Your template is ready to be sent!
