How can I delete my account?
If you need to completely delete your InboxPro account, you can do it from the "Account" section of your dashboard.
In case you have a "Pro" or "Advanced" account, remember that you can also downgrade to a "Free" account, which is free of charge and you can keep many of InboxPro's features.
Steps for deleting your account
If after downgrading, you decide that you want to delete your account data, just follow these steps:
1.- Access your account settings:
2.- Scroll down to "delete account and all data" and click "Delete Account".
3.- A warning message will appear indicating that if you delete your account you will lose all your data and reports generated. Click on the checkbox to verify that you want to perform this operation and then click on the "Yes, delete my account" button.
Then, your account will be deleted from the InboxPro servers and you will not be able to access or recover it again.
