Account Overview

In the "Account" section you can consult or change your contracted plans, view your billing cycle and periodicity, change your payment method and make adjustments to your profile.

To access your account settings, go to the InboxPro dashboard and click on the icon with your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen. When the menu is displayed click on "Account".

Viewing plans and billing:

Once you have accessed your account settings, you will see several options that you can check or modify:

  • Your current plan: this is the plan you currently have contracted and by clicking on "Change plan" you will be able to change it to a higher or lower version depending on your needs.
  • Billing: here you can change the periodicity of payments, from monthly to yearly and vice versa.
  • Next invoice: the list of generated invoices will appear and you will be able to check when the next invoice will arrive.
  • Payment method: to change the payment method or your card.

Changing your profile data

By default, InboxPro will take the data you have configured in your Google account, but in case you need to change any of the data click on the "Edit profile" button.

Finally, under "Account" you can also delete all data associated with your account.

(*) Important: be extremely careful when performing this operation because it is irreversible and will erase all data and reports that have been generated.
