How to add a calendar to your signature

Steps for adding a calendar to your signature

Did you know that with InboxPro’s you can add a button in your e-mail signature so that your clients can request an appointment with you? Just do the following:

1.- Go to the "Signatures" section of your InboxPro’s dashboard and choose a signature you want to edit.

2.- In the signature editor, scroll down to the "Addons" section and use the switch to activate the button. When the options are displayed, choose the text you want to display on the button, the event type, the button style, the shape, the colors and the icons.

3.- When you are done click on "Save signature".

(*) Important: this feature is only available in the InboxPro’s "Pro" and "Advanced" plans. If you need more information on how to create a signature see the article "Signatures Overview" or "Creating a Signature".
