Inviting a team member

Before inviting a new team member, you must have previously activated "InboxPro for Teams" and selected the corresponding number of licenses. To find out how to do this, please refer to the article: "Increasing the team size" in the general FAQ list.

Invite a new member

To invite a new team member, simply go to the "Team" section of your dashboard or click on the InboxPro icon in the top bar of your Gmail account and then on "Team":

Then follow these steps:

1.- Add the e-mail of the person you want to invite and click on "Add team member".

2.- The user will receive an invitation in his e-mail and his entry in the team will be pending his acceptance of the invitation.

If you do not have InboxPro installed, you will need to do so in order to start using the application and if you have already done so you will not need to perform any additional steps. Just click on "Go to InboxPro".

Once the invitation is accepted and the Chrome extension is installed, your "Team" screen will display the confirmed user's name and you will be able to remove them from the team whenever you need to by clicking the "X".
