Report & Insights Overview

The "Analytics" reports allow you to keep an exhaustive control of how many messages you send and receive per day, what are the hours in which you spend more time writing e-mails, etc.

The important thing about this functionality is that once you have a relevant volume of data (a week, a month or a year), you can make decisions based on the trends you observe.

For example, if you detect that e-mails receive the highest number of opens on Thursdays at 10.00 AM, you can schedule them so that the most important e-mails are sent at that time.

In addition, you can also keep track of your team's work and evaluate their performance by setting specific goals for them. For example, you may want your sales team to send 10 e-mails a day or to increase their open rate by 15%... well, you can monitor this with "Analytics".

How to check the “analytics”:

1.- Access the InboxPro dashboard and click on "Analytics":

2.- Set a range of dates to be consulted:

Analytics Feature Filters - InboxPro

3.- Get familiar with the data interface and see the different items displayed on the dashboard:

  • Most productive hours
  • Days and times when you send and receive the most e-mails
  • How long it takes to get back to you
  • How many e-mails you have answered…

The point is that you can make intelligent decisions based on this data and not just on your intuition, which is also important.
