Magic Compose & Summarize Overview

Magic Compose is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to facilitate the task of writing e-mails. It uses the GPT-3 technology provided by OpenAI to generate texts depending on the context, that is to say, depending on the keywords you have entered in the subject line and in the first lines of your e-mail.

These are not templates that exist previously or that are configured in the dashboard, they are new texts that the artificial intelligence itself produces and that are not found anywhere else on the Internet.

You can use it as a definitive text or as a starting point to generate ideas at times when you are less inspired and then give the texts a more personal touch.

How to use Magic Compose & Summarize

To use Magic Compose, in your Gmail account click on the "Compose" button and when the text editor pops up you will see a bar and a yellow button at the bottom to activate "Magic Compose".

Before clicking on the button, it is important that you type in the "Subject" and "Body" fields of the e-mail a few words so that the artificial intelligence can understand what subject you want to discuss.

For example:

Then click on the button and in few seconds, it will generate a paragraph like the one you can see in the image:

And you will only have to make small changes by substituting the words in square brackets to adapt it to your own needs.
