What is InboxPro?
InboxPro is a web application and a Chrome extension that integrates with the Gmail manager in order to increase its functionality and improve your productivity.
Once InboxPro is activated, when you access your Gmail account, an icon will appear to access the configuration dashboard and a bar with new options will be displayed when you click on the "Compose" button:
InboxPro Features
- Magic Compose: a tool that uses artificial intelligence to suggest messages based on the keywords used in the subject and first lines of your e-mail.
- E-mail tracking: reception notification, reading confirmation and link tracking.
- Schedule: sending the e-mail in a specific period of time (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week...) or at a specific time.
- Calendar: creation of events or meetings so that the recipient can choose the day and time that best suits them according to your schedule.
- Templates: pre-formatted templates from the dashboard to add a professional design to your e-mails or in order to use a newsletter format.
- Attach sequence: to send reminder e-mails automatically and within a certain period of time in case you do not receive a reply to your first e-mail.
- Signatures: to add a professionally designed signature to your e-mails, with your photo, contact details, social networks and even a button to schedule an appointment.
- Analytics: to generate activity reports in Gmail (received and sent e-mails, times when most mailings are sent, etc.).
